Hello Families!

This week we continued to have visits from our elf, Kindie. She asked us to sit next to new friends during snack time, help others clean up without being asked, let someone in front of you in line and say "Hi" and smile at people when we see them.

We had a special visitor come into our classroom at the beginning of our week. Ask me who came to visit (police officer). Ask me what kind of tools a police officer wears on them at all times (radio, pen and paper, badge, cell phone, uniform) Ask me tools a police officer and I have in common (eyes, ears, nose, mouth, hands and brain.) Ask me what I learned or remembered most from the visit.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with our big buddies to make beautiful holiday art. Our hard work will be displayed in the gym so check it out when you come to see the concert. Ask me what I made with my buddy. Ask me how we made it. Ask me what colours I picked.

We were lucky enough to explore the outdoors like true Canadians.  Ask me what we did.  Ask me what was the hardest part.  Ask me if I needed help putting on the snowshoes.  Ask me if I would do it again.
